"Our highlight of the trip. Mount Fuji is so close and the natural beauty is amazing. The Onsen and pool will help you feel relaxed. Shuttle to and from the train station helps access. Worth the travel to get away from the crowds."

"Hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of Kawaguchiko. It is more convenient if you’re driving as the carpark is big enough. Staff are really helpful and polite and speaks good English. View of Mount Fuji is fantastic from the room. Onsen is also lovely and has an indoor jacuzzi and an outdoor bath. "

"Overall, I had a great stay at Fuji-san Onsen Bessho SASA. The room was really nice and the private onsen with a view of Fuji-san was great to relax in. The hotel had plenty to do on the property including Green Tea Ceremony, Taiko drum show and exploring the gardens.
The only negatives were that the room inside was a little bit dated and did have a damp/musty smell inside, which made it hard for me to fall asleep. It is also not very walkable, but that is more of a Fujiyoshida issue so I would...

"Property is clean but dated. The indoor playground is wonderful for my kids. The buffet meals were great and had a wide variety. Definitely would recommend and come back. "

"This place is a little far from the town but on the from Fuji city you pass a lake where you can a beautiful view of mt Fuji. The hotel is excellent with activities provided. Service is great and onsen really very nice. Two separate baths for male and female. They switched around in the morning. Meals are buffet style. They provided a good spread."

"Amazing! I was fortunate enough to stay one night here and I wish I could have stayed more! The staff is so nice and courteous, the room was a dream, definitely a highlight of my trip to Japan! I booked for half boarding and the food was traditional Japanese style meals that were good and awesome to experience. The room had a lake view that was calming and the hot baths were soothing. "The customer service is very well. They are quick in responses and very friendly. Although shuttle bus need to book in advance, the hotel is managed to arrange every booking. The shuttle bus is on time and driver is very nice."
