"Three couples, cousins, stayed two nights at the Castello to explore Assisi and Gubbio. My wife and I and our young children stayed at the castle in 1998. We all thought it was special. Besides being elegant, comfortable, and super clean, Borgo Pulciano Agriturismo is very affordable! It is super pet and family friendly. It also has probably the best breakfast I have ever had in Italy! And there are 2 pools! Absolutely the best! "

The only small blemish was the seeming lack of regular maintenance of the bathroom utilities, such as a leaky sink drain, or a a cover that fell off every time one flushed the toilet.
