Spa & golf Hotel. We did not use the golf, but the Swimming Pool Area at both pools are very nice. We have been in this Hotel some times now, and the hotel is generally good. This time the service at the small Hotel Pool was bad, and after in the first time not to get a table at Lunch, we waited 50 min for the food. The Service at the Big Bio Pool was super, and her they had a very good service. The Food in the golf Restaurant belonging to the hotel is not good, and the Service here...

spa were lovely but everything is closed on Tuesdays (which we did not know before booking) A car is absolutely essential, and the staff were no help whatsoever in helping us accommodate not having one. The tastings for the vineyard are 8km from the site and on Tuesdays the restaurant is closed. There is also no bar or restaurant for lunch in the week. We were recommended a restaurant in he local town to walk to on Tuesday, confirmed with the hotel that it would be...

"This hotel is gorgeous and has beautiful views of the golf course. Breakfast was a good selection and service was great! The selling point for us was how convenient the shuttle bus is. It runs every hour in and out of town which saved us a lot in taxi fares. 4/5 for cleanliness due to finding a few ants in the bed but, to be honest, this is expected in a ground floor apartment in July so we didn't mention it to staff. Other than that all clean and well presented. "

"Beautiful hotel really deserves 4 stars in our opinion. Everything here is perfect. Excellent parking, lovely room, lovely staff, lovely outside space (altho a cold plunge pool would be nice, as only indoor heated pool & warm jacuzzi) & great position only short walk to main town which is lovely. Also lovely trattoria in Rivoltella 3 min walk from hotel. Our 2nd stay here & would def stay again if in this area"
