"Two nights here while visiting nearby Ravenna. This property is waterfront so it was cooler than in Ravenna. The desk clerk Federica was very nice, friendly and helpful: a great example for the hospitality industry! The room was good, room enough for the two of us, but could use a couple of mirrors. The shower sent some water on the bathroom floor in spite of our efforts. Breakfast was very good and served in a room with a nice view of the

"The Alba is a very basic hotel in a great location..Lots of nice restaurants close by.. Chose location to walk to cruise dock for Royal Caribbean.. 20 minutes walk...for a pre cruise night...perfect!!"

"Nobody spoke english. The property was deceptively far from cruise terminal. It was dirty. The hinges on windows and doors were broken so they would hang open permanently. The taxis when able to get them were like 100 Euro to get where you needed to be."
