"A very nice stay at this hotel. The service was fantastic, everyone was so nice and the food was amazing. Thank you to Roberta in the restaurant, she was so nice! We would love to come back again, the only minus was that the beds was too hard for me so my hope is that they provide extra madrass to on top of the beds or change some of them to softer."

"Completely unaware of how they get away with calling this hotel a 4 star upscale hotel. The decor and facilities may of been of a 4 star hotel 20 years ago but thats not the case anymore. The bathroom is dated and includes a tiny shower, a shower head full of limescale and hairs in the shower. The shelf that holds the toiletries in the shower isn't screwed on well and topples repeatedly. The room itself is again incredibly dated. The technology used (hairdryer, TV, key access system etc.) is...
