Location is spectacular, right next to the boats to Falmouth and a flat walk to a few nice pubs and restaurants or a takeaway fish and chip place. 1 minute walk to large car park (we paid £7 for 24 hours). Dont expect perfect (carpet worn in a couple of areas) but we really did have the most enjoyable stay in this hidden gem."
