"I visited with my wife and daughter for a chill out weekend after a busy first quarter. This hotel was ideal with stunning views of lake Windermere and the busy boating area of Bowness. We walked 20 mins into Bowness on an evening (torch required for return leg) and during the day. We relaxed around the hotels lake, and I must stay the weather played its part too. We ate in the hotel bar and the food was excellent, breakfast was one of the best we had too, plenty of choice, nothing was too much...

Rooms were large and very tidy. There is even a garden where guests could spend time catching up. Breakfast was generous and choices were ample enough. This house is just a 3 min walk to the town amd to the bus stop.
This is a great experience for us and we will definitely stay here again if we happen...
