"The hotel is well situated close to the airport and some restaurants. Our room had a little kitchen which was handy for having breakfast in the morning. However, there was a funny smell from the kitchen, and the air conditioning did not work (even thought it was listed as an amenity for the property). "

"People at the reception were rude. Everything is closed from noon to 3pm. So all indoor activities are closed even if the weather is bad. Children are not allowed to the indoor pool except very early in the morning or one hour before closing. We came to have swimming activities with our child when the weather is bad.... Fail. Also the mini golf was not "open" anymore. The only thing they would have to do is clean it. The playground and the gym were also very run down. "

"2 nights stay and although we booked b&b we were able to book dinner on the evening we arrived. The hosts were charming and made us feel very welcome. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and accessible, even on the first floor via a very narrow staircase. As 80 year olds we were cautious on the stairs but no problems. The breakfast was fine and sufficient. The location was perfect for us. We were able to visit the chateaux of the Listrac and also Pauillac very easily."
