Spa was closed for annual maintenance, which we knew and didn't matter to us.
We had a couple of minor maintenance issues which were resolved very quickly and efficiently.
Staff were unfailingly polite, friendly and helpful.
The only thing we'd mention is that it would be nice to have someone checking on the
, and general ease of use of the hotel made it a breeze!
