"Great staff. Sometimes hard to understand. Servers and bartenders were spot on. The pool staff was great too, plus the ocean dude waiters. The folks attending the non-motorized sports equipment were good as well. "

"Breakfast included wasn’t amazing… eggs, bread/ham w fruits. Staff doesn’t all speak English.
The hotel isn’t right on the beach- probably 10mins walk. Beach does have a lot of glass around / need to be careful.

"An amazing place, idyllic beach with plenty of pools and a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The room (more like an apartment) was great, very clean and lovely cleaning staff who put extra effort in.
The restaurants are quite expensive and probably not worth the price, but there are enough other options within a 5 minute walk, so this isn’t a problem.
The hotel grounds and beach are beautiful. We spent most days just going between the beach, sea and pool and still miss it weeks after leaving. Wish...

"Positive: Carlos, Harley, and the bartender were PHENOMENAL!! The food was delicious and great.
Negative: The property's WIFI did not work in the rooms only in the restaurant. There was no hot water for showers or hand washing the entire time we were there.
