"Vi hade bokat en juniorsvit i den äldre byggnaden med fyra sängar. När vi checkade in var dock två av sängarna inte bäddade, och täcken samt kuddar saknades. Rummet vi skulle ha var riktigt charmigt och mysigt, men det bästa var hur snabbt och proffsigt personalen löste situationen – vi blev till och med uppgraderade till deras fantastiska svit i den nya byggnaden!
