"Great hotel complex with plenty of facilities. Nice location, good size room. Would have given 5 star if it wasn’t for this bizarre incident on second night. I wore closed top croc to buffet dinner to rest my feet but was told it didn’t satisfy the dress code and had to go back to room and change, despite seeing multiple people (male and female adults) wearing flip flops and sandals on the same night and other nights in the same buffet restaurant. "The hotel looks new. The food was beyond great, perhaps the best choice I have had for dinner so far. Drinks are expensive however nice. The staff in the restaurant is good, however a little chaotic. The facilities have one or two lapses in design like the door in the steam bath (door handle), the ever flooded floor in the adult sauna, however all of that is negligible. The ski room can be considered as a bio sauna - ever so helpful. "

"The place was quite clean and nice, and they allowed us an early check in. Our lodge was nice and spacious, and comfortable to stay in. Sauna was pretty nice too, only really busy on one of the evenings we were there, but overall had the necessities. Close to the town centre, and there’s a free shuttle bus to take you to the ski area too. Only thing is they could improve the breakfast a bit - on one of the mornings the fruit we were given didn’t seem very fresh (the apples were very soft etc),...
