"The apartment itself was confortable. However, we asked for additional blankets and pillows and it took 2 days and they only delvered 1 additional pillow and two blankets, when we had asked for 4 of each. We ended up buying 2 pillows. Apartment did not have toilet paper at our arrival. No air conditioning, which would have been OK if the windows had screens and kept out mosquitoes, which are surprisingly abundant at 2500 meters of altitude.
