"The room was very spacious with a large balcony, cooking facilities including fridge. The bathroom included shower and super bath. The staff were very helpful, communication was not a problem especially since there was also a Danish staff member who spoke English and gave good advice. The bed was large and very comfortable. "We had an amazing time! The owners are super warm and welcoming. The hotel is extremely clean, beautiful views from the common area lounge on the second floor. The location is perfect, you can explore the whole coffee region…super close to Salento and Valle del Cocora. Filandia and Armenia are only 20 minutes away. We stayed 8 days with our children, and they loved it. So much to do and see, we will be back for sure and would definitely stay here again!"

I wasn’t happy with the keeper and front-desk staff asking for money upon arrival for “taxes” and also refused to provide a receipt for the payment when we had cancelled the total amount already.
