The location was perfect and the room was fantastic - every detail was spot on and worth twice the price. Hot shower, clean room and comfortable bed - it was just what we asked for !!!! The only strange thing was the poolboy who protected the pooltowels with his life - you were not allowed to leave the pool area with them. But besides that, it was an amazing stay and we look forward to return."

The location is amazing and we had an incredible view from our balcony.
The room was large, comfortable and clean.
The issue is with the service. I messaged multiple times before arriving to ask for help arranging a transfer from the station. I got no response.
There was nobody at the reception when I came to check in (or ever).
The hotel was advertised as having a pool. It does not have a pool.
Overall we enjoyed our stay but the terrible service took the gloss off "
