"I wanna give them a 5 star super friendly staff but rooms feel outdated. AC is not working correct even if we tried to adjust and staff helped us to move to another room still same problem. Way to cold air blowing. No proper sleep and feel exhausted. Bed broke aswell and not comfertable. We had to take massage in order to feel relaxed.. food was Ok. But breakfast not worh it. Very poor and boring selection. Better to spend on local cafes / restaurant. Beach was good and clean. "

"We had such a great time at Villa serenity! We were blown away by the cleanliness and how stocked the kitchen and bathroom both were. The property was beautiful and peaceful. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the canal. The host was very responsive and everyone on the property was very pleasant and friendly. "Beautiful property that is very secluded and not crowded at all. Beautiful beach with fantastic sunrises. An easy ten minute drive from the airport with a direct, two and a half hour, flight from Atlanta. Left Atlanta that morning and we're on the beach that afternoon. Staff are awesome with great attention to detail. The only downside is that the sun sets on the opposite side of the island, but we did a sunset cruise to catch the sunset one afternoon. "Roomy, ocean front 1 bedroom suite with full kitchen (minus oven) that was perfect for family of 4 with 2 older teens on king pullout with large bathroom and walk in closet. Mostly couples at this resort, but kids were fine hanging at beach or pool but we also did a catamaran snorkling island hop excursion with Ocean Vibes one day to break up the beach time. Buffet breakfast and beach chairs, umbrellas, towel setups included in daily room rate with totally zen pool experience and nice spa

"Likes-upon arrival we were greeted warmly by Alex and was shown to our room promptly. Our room was very clean and offered the basic amenities. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchenette had a mini fridge, microwave and a Keurig machine. Handy to have. We especially enjoyed the shuttle service to and from the beach from Daniel. He was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was clean and we enjoyed a relaxing

"Everything here was great. The food was amazing, every time. The drinks were made well, and tasted great. Each time we encounter anyone who worked at the Alexandra they were very pleasant and always asked how we were doing. The resort was clean, plenty of room at the pool and beach. The bed was comfortable, the room was kept very clean We had a really amazing time and highly recommend the Alexandra."
