When comaploned they offered me another room and to leave the tap on for 10 minutes to get warm. I left both rooms 15 minutes and was still cold. I packed and left and went down the road to Ozay hotel. Was clean amazing service & good

"Typical family type all-inclusive. We only needed it to kill time whilst waiting for a late flight home, so were only there for part of a day but it was enough to confirm this is a fairly typical family type all-inclusive.
Cafeteria style "all you can eat" lunch was being served when we arrived. Nothing special.
The place was well kept but the "family room" we had was a bedroom and two beds that were also the "sofas" in the living area. Noisy. Could easily hear people in the neighbouring...

is good I booked a basic room which was nice but was near a nightclub the noise was horrendous till 2 am
But they did upgrade me Deluxe suite in the newer quieter area
