"The rooms were quite small, tv was not working properly - hand towels were absent although we asked for several times. Wi-fi was not working as well.
We switched the room, since another customer forced our door in the middle of the night, he told me reception directed them to our room number.

I had booked a Penthouse Suite with Sea View and it was very impressive for it’s spaciousness and furnishings, with two very spacious bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, lounge and dining area and also a large terrace with superb views over the pool, gardens and the Aegean Sea.

"My friend and I stayed at Acropol almost a week at early January. The staff at this property are was really great! They all go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They upgraded my room after 3-days of staying for the rest of staying and allowed us to check-out earlier since our plan were changed and re-arranged everything for us. Definitely will be back!!!"

"There was a dirty towel in the balcony when we checked it. The tiles had just been mopped so it was wet and by the time we walked in, there was dirt everywhere. There is no daily room service and the towels are filth. I arranged a bedroom for 3 people and receptionist advised that they would arrange someone to organise a sofa bed and no one attended to arrange the bed and I slept on the lounge for the entire 3 nights with no assistance anywhere to be found.
