I received a free upgrade and had a huge wellness room with an in room sauna and a stunning balcony overlooking the lake. The half board was such great value with a lovely 2 course mid afternoon snack, fabulous 5 course gourmet dinner and wonderful breakfast spread. "Nice, clean hotel with great connections to Zell am See city and Kaprun by bus. I loved the view from my window, but I must warn you about the church across the street: it is loud. 😂 The bells ring 4 times an hour, from 7AM to 9PM. So if you like to sleep late, maybe don’t stay in a room facing the church.
Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend. The breakfast is served right next door in hotel Latini, and it was delicious and lots to choose from."

"Pros: This hotel is in a castle and is simply gorgeous! The staff, Annette and Max, were gregarious and helpful. (We loved this place. It was our favorite during our Austrian excursion.)
