"Nice hotel, beds are comfortable, water pressure feels great. Not around a lot of food places and had trouble door dashing food. "

"Customer service was good. The restaurant was fantastic. We had amazing food there however, when we went down in the morning to eat breakfast, there was no breakfast. The people didn’t show up when you sign up for breakfast. You shouldn’t be asked to go to Starbucks when you paid for breakfast But overall it was a great day."

"5 Stars are not enough!! I stayed twice in a period of 10 days. My last visit was the day coming back to Florida, My family decided to go to Manhattan and I stay at the lobby for work meetings. I have to say my first approach to the Conceirge was not the one I expected but inmediately another staff taking care of me and that smile, manners and approach change my day! Yes, go and ask for PAT; he is amazing!. Congrats to Syed Nezam and Tim Fernando for such great work on trained and support great staff such PAT. To all who is reading this review... choose this hotel in confident because is great!"

"The hotel manager was so helpful in giving us directions and figuring out transportation in NJ/NY! All the staff were so genuinely kind and laid back. Only negative experience was that one night shift shuttle driver didn’t show up to pick us up. We called a second time after waiting for 40 minutes outside the airport and he finally came. When he did show up, he wasn’t polite. Wouldn’t even respond to a “hi” or a “thank you.” Also, breakfast was somewhat limited but pretty tasty!"
