"Staff very friendly. Excellent location - 5 minutes walk to beach. Breakfasts were first class. A few problems regarding cleaning of room and change of bed linen - we had to ask three times for it to be done after we had been there one week"

Rating it poorly because of poor management. Never stayed in a place where they charge you for misplaced 2nd door keycard and for a slightly stained bath towel.

"This hotel is one of the classic 4 star hotels in tvm that lived up to expectations as I stated here once 15 years or so ago. Am delighted with the cleanliness, overall room amenities, staff service and quality has been awesome!
The food has been excellent as well with breakfast buffet spread. The only thing I felt that could be improved is the level of chlorine in the swimming
