This was a genuine mistake and after a bit of back and forth (language barrier) she eventually understand. "

"Room showed good bit of wear and tear. Scuff marks and shabby pain in few places. Two complimentary toothbrushes in paper packets provided - but one was open and empty - which suggests the toilet amenities were not changed from the previous guest. Also some loose dirt and hair on bed sheets. The smart tv isn’t smart.

We ate in the hotel restaurant, which was a fairly pricey buffet. There was a decent selection but the food was cold. We did, however, come toward the end of the meal time. There were vending machines with sandwiches and other items in the lobby, though.
Our major issue was that there were no shops or restaurants nearby. To get to anything would be a bit of a walk and we weren't comfortable walking in...
