"We have been traveling for the last month and our 3 night stay at the Oberoi has definitely been the highlight of our trip… It is low season at the moment in Marrakesh because of the heat, we booked a normal room for our stay but got automatically upgraded to a Villa with a private pool and were offered a complimentary airport pickup and drop-off to and from the hotel to the airport. Staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly, we will definitely be back."

This time we came for a friend’s special birthday, all three friends that had never been, loved it too! The staff are so helpfu/lovely, food good (& im a fussy eater), love the aqua and lots of things you ‘can’ do if you like. Heated pool for the cooler months is wonddrful. There’s a shuttle bus to/back from the medina but cabs to the center are reasonable (with a bit of haggling :-)). Can’t wait to go back! "

We liked the location and particularly the Rue du Kasbah. Central Marrakech was walkable but it was also easy to pick up a taxi if we needed to. The restaurant was excellent."

Very friendly and helpful staff save and except the attendants at the “boutique” who were piggish with nasty attitudes. They ought to be changed or fired immediately as they brought down the general management and pleasantness of the otherwise perfect experience. Will recommend anyone to visit but stay away from the gift shop masking as a boutique with terrible staff and service. "

We also ate dinner at the Riad one evening and it was delicious and reasonably priced. The pool is refreshing, especially in the summer heat. We also appreciated that the Riad arranged a late night pickup for us and had a staff member walk out to meet us at the Medina entrance at about 1:00 am. We would definitely stay again. "
