"The hotel is about a ten minute walk from Shinjuku Station. The hotel staff were all very professional and helpful and answered any questions I had. The room was very comfortable and clean. Overall a great experience and the breakfast was very comprehensive. "

"Very convenient drop off from airport limousine bus right at the door. It is quite close to the subway station. It is quite a walk from the main tourist area if you want to be very close to the shopping area. It is on the more quiet side of Shinjuku. There is a lot of good restaurant nearby. The hotel itself is clean and staff are very nice. Room is super small but expected in Tokyo area."
