"The hotel is nicely appointed, the room is large and has a great view. The quality of some of fixtures is lower than you’d see at other andaz hotels, the metal of the taps is losing colour, toilet commands don’t work well. The location is great and the breakfast buffet had a huge variety and high standard. Although the staff was lovely we found it extremely disappointing they could do little to help us curtail the unbearable chaos outside our bedroom door. I appreciate it’s a national holiday...

"Whenever I go to Xiamen, I always sleep in this hotel. It's so nice to see around and there are many restaurants, so it's very convenient. The view of Gurangyi Island at Starbucks is so beautiful, and the fact that you can see it in your hotel room is very attractive. There is a lot of bottled water, and the breakfast is very rich and delicious. Whenever I go to Xiamen, I always go to this hotel."
