"I was nervous since I’ve never spent this much on an overnight stay before but everything was perfect. Reception was great and welcoming. The room wa a beautiful and spacious. The food was amazing!! And they brought it to the room (the sever we had was so nice and friendly). Our room had a outdoor bath and it really hit the spot. 10/10 experience I would stay here again and recommend to my friends."

"the onsen was seriously the highlight of the trip, and the staff was extremely helpful in helping me when I left something in my previous hotel, even though they didn't have to. The buffet breakfast and dinner was huge and the beds were really comfortable. I drove here so no idea on public transportation but parking was easy and I highly recommend!"

"Good base for exploring area. Rooms are huge with great views. Kaseki dining in-room was excellent. Large indoor and small outdoor onsen provided variety. Helpful staff given we were probably the only non-Japanese staying there."
