All the staff were very professional and friendly as well. Kitty at the front desk gave us a lot of tips for travellers despite it was super late when we arrive. We don't speak Cantonese (only Mandarin and English) yet everyone we interacted (front desk, bell boy, housekeeping) tried hard to communicate effectively with us and never shy away (or ignore us) I would definitely 200 percent recommend this place to everyone I know."
