Chose a small room, which was basic but more than suitable for our needs, no issues with cleanliness. Room got cleaned everyday.
Shower worked well, no issues with hot water.
AirCon available but didn't use.
Radiators could be turned off, room would be hot with them left on, we had no issues with temperature.
TV with remote in the room.
You could hear other rooms but everything seemed to go silent around 10pm.

The only drawback is that it is 45 minutes from Parma which was my primary reason for staying thinking that I could hop over there easily. The distance is only 17 miles, but there are a lot of details to get to Parma from there. That was the only drawback. "
