Staff in the restaurants (most of them) is kind and friendly. Negative surprises: Water - even with all inclusive option (the only option as I know in this hotel) be ready to buy water for yourself or to wait in quite long queues to refill your bottle. "We had an all inclusive stay in July 2023. Staff was friendly, food ok,,drinks good, nice and clean pools. Frequently changed linens and towels. Good experience at the

restaurant as well. The thing that really pulls the overall experience downwards is the beds, that we slept in in our family room. They were uncomfortable to lay in because they were so hard, no topmadress, so we slept very poorly the whole week. The beds are the only reason why we won’t come back to this hotel. "

"This was a very good family resort ideal for those with young children. I would suggest particularly so for kids up to the age of 10. There are lots of activities to keep the children engaged.
