"The staff was very helpful and the hotel was very convenient to a metro station. About a 15 min walk to the Grand Palace and many dining options. The breakfast was the best I had during my travels in Belgium and very good. The room was fine but could have used a fan as no A/C but was not uncomfortable. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay and would stay here again when in Belgium. Thank you. "

"Our stay at the Novotel Brussels was wonderful. The hotel itself is very attractive and clean. The room was clean and well arranged and had everything we needed. The staff was kind and helpful. The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything. It would take a month to enjoy all the excellent restaurants and bars in the area. Also walking distance to many places of interest.
