We actually got a room we didn’t like at first and they swapped it instantly no problems asked. We had a check in call a few hours after checking in and the breakfast team went out of their way to make us feel looked after. This is a dog friendly hotel and our doggos had a lovely...

"Nothing was too much trouble for the staff,everyone was very friendly, warm & welcoming. They gave clear advice about the best route into Bath on a very busy weekend & it made our trip run smoothly. We had a small dog with us ,who was greeted by all staff in a wonderful dog friendly manner, our dog was so happy & relaxed in the room, which had bowls, dog mat, poobags & treats ,& in the hotel lounges , bars & restaurant where she made friends with lots of the staff."

Special mention for Stuart on the front desk who i spoke to the day before on the phone explaining my wife had a broken foot and could we check in a little earlier. He arranged the early check in and when i turned up he was very helpful and made the whole experience a pleasure. He is a credit to the hotel. "
