Friendly staff and ability to book taxi and tours directly from the hotel. I tried "keri caves tour" and can highly recommend it. I did it in a very small group and we got possibility to sweem in a clear and blue water. I olso saw a couple of turtules on the way to caves.

"Our stay was in one of the semi-basement apartments for the last couple of days of our holiday in Zakynthos. Family of 6 so it was a bit tight but nice to be able to get one room as most hotels don’t offer accommodation for 6 together.
Great location close to the sea. Nice pool - 2.7m deep! The kids really enjoyed that!

Our bedding had mould on, and my friends tshirt also grew mould on there after one night of being on the floor. There were ants crawling literally everywhere, and the hotel was ridden with mosquitos- we have pictjre proof.The amount of bites we all had was unbearable and the salt water shower did not help whatsoever- I wish we knew this before we booked.
