"quite a long walk from train station ( 1 km) no taxis! but pretty well the closest. bar is also reception (which was great as I was desperate for a beer after bus substituted for train! efficient small lift, comfortable room with large comfy bed & plenty of electric plugs. quiet in room despite it being a Saturday, although restaurant full with waiting list. great well priced Italian meal (despite being promoted as Sushi - which was available -after a fashion)! slept well. Owner opened breakfast...

"The staff was wonderful, very helpful and knowledgeable. We especially appreciated Lily who worked at the front desk and set us up with ski passes and a place to rent skis. She also provided a great tour of the hotel, showing us all the amenities and how to access the ski storage. The daily breakfast was great."

"Location was fabulous, just a short walk to the village and the lake. We had a room with a lake view and it was absolutely beautiful. Bed was super comfortable. Parking was easy. On the down side, most of the lights in our room didn’t work and the coffee/tea facilities in our room included two random tea bags only - no basic black tea and no coffee. "

"I have been to many places, but this was something else. The owner greeted me once I arrived, he didn’t speak much English but his daughter (?) helped me out. They are really nice people. The room I got was recently renovated, it looks modern and the shower was great.
Unfortunately I couldn’t have a dinner there, because I arrived late, but there are many options around.
Overall it was a great experience, nice breakfast and lovely welcoming family run business.
