"Recieved key, went to room, door was open. Went backbto desk, requested they look as it was midnight. Staff was polite and apologized. In turn, door key was out of srv pool side and working back side. No live bugs in the room but old drink bottles and bettles under the bed. Bathroom was clean. Over all its what you qould expect foe the price.

The hotel is older ,but is in the middle of a renovation so there was work being done but it didn't impose on us.
