"The reception desk staff were not very friendly nor welcoming. The room had a comfy bed and a small balcony with a nice view. We could not get the AC to work. Coffee station supplies are bare minimum - no sugar, no creamer, no spoon nor stir stick, two packs of instant coffee and one teabag.
