"Have a hard time understanding why this hotel received such high ratings! The pool you think is in the hotel is located on the beach and in it you should be crowded with 1000 other people in. The rooms are small and the toilet even smaller, very responsive and the AC barely working. On the plus side, the location is close to the beach and the very nice cleaning lady."

"Service was amazing, i can't complain about that (restaurant and front desk). But when i got to the room and water for shower were super cold and i was unable to turn on heater. I went to bed freezing and had a horrible night, i didn't complain while there so don't know if they would be able to fix the problem or not. It was a cheap room, i stopped there because i was on my way to the south of Italy. "

"It's a very nice hotel, humble but clean and the manager was on site all the time ensuring everything was good. The staff were very nice and helpful. The free aperitive in the evening was a nice surprise too. We enjoyed the hotel bikes everyday making the trip commuting easy. The walk to the train station is super easy even with luggage. We'd come back if the opportunity comes. "

"A wonderful surprise at this excellent hotel. A seaside view with a small balcony. Very nice, new facilities. A fabulous breakfast buffet and a rooftop bar and restaurant. We loved Riccione so much we plan to go back for an extended stay at this hotel. Great staff for all services."

"Wow we stayed here for 2 nights and I cannot be more amazed at this hotel. Brand new and has been open for 3 months. They have 2 pools and amazing spa room with sauna, showers and infinity pool! This is the newest, cleanest hotel I’ve been in! Thank you to the staff and owners😍😍"

"Position is the only good thing. I guess the breakfast is not bad either, room was so small there was barely space to walk to the bathroom and almost no space to open luggage. It's a very old hotel where they spent some money to renew it. Elevators seem a trap and they actually went out of service (both) while i was there for one hour or so. So many guest walk with stairs because elevators are also so small it takes too much time to wait. Price was 120 euro, not too bad, i guess they will call...
