The cottages were not very well kept. Lot of wear and tear - broken cloth hangers, broken kettle, leaking wash basin etc.
silver lining - the ala carte meals were tasty though not much selection in the menu. Buffet was bad!
Quite inside from the main area. So no choice except to manage within the property only. However, transport desk efficient. Cabs reasonable. Didn’t take pics. "

"Had a good stay, with extremely helpful reception staff especially Bneha.
Rating it poorly because of poor management. Never stayed in a place where they charge you for misplaced 2nd door keycard and for a slightly stained bath towel.

There were 2 weddings when we were there which took over the pool area, the first blaring awful loud music! It seems this may be a common thing at this hotel."

"Very nice hotel conveniently located 10 minute drive from the airport and close to the beach. Nice pool, excellent service. Staff was very attentive. Manikuttan from the restaurant was very helpful and welcoming."

"My mother and aunt, both 70-years-old were staying at the hotel for a religious event happening in the town. the Hotel was very helpful and made the trip stress free (Literally it was stress free) they also assisted them in fulfilling the religious rituals for which they were there for.

"The hotel has a perfect view it’s so beautiful. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left it was amazing the staff were so welcoming and kind. They will do anything to help you. The only weird thing was when my friend came I had to pay additional for him(maybe this is common in India) but other than that this place is perfect accomodation perfect staff and perfect location"
