Unresponsive staff they don’t know how to speak customers even their property manager Mr. Lalit was so rude with us . If I paid for Deluxe Double room so they can’t force me to stay in single room. The guy told me to cancel my booking when I reached there.
But thanks to Treebo customer care guy who helped me to get my room there . I want an action against there manager he can’t...
