"Pro- Customer service was over and beyond Went to dinner and had flowers delivered to the room and they gave my wife chocolates on their behalf aswell as a late checkout the next day. The morning of had an amazing view of finlayson arm inlet.
Con- We didn’t have room slippers and the pool was abit chilly wish they provided a hot tub for all guests. The outside decors were abit neglected but over all still beautiful, kinda felt historical.
