"Bellissima la location, in un piccolo porto non trafficato in cui si possono vedere bellissime albe e tramonti. Nei dintorni ci sono solo un ristorante e un bar (sotto l'hotel). Stanza piuttosto spaziosa, personale gentile, specie il ragazzo che ci ha detto aver appena iniziato a lavorare lì! Presenti attaccapanni e armadio, TV, asciugacapelli. Punto dolente: materassi un po' duri e soprattutto, quello che mi ha fatto dare due stelle alla pulizia: PUZZA DI FOGNA DAL BAGNO! Una cosa incredibile...

"Also zunächst einmal, ich liebe Hotels der Valamar Gruppe. Die sind alle super! Essen ist gut, das Servicepersonal im Speisesaal ist super nett. . . Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Wer hier also einen schönen Urlaub mit Familie oder Freunden machen möchte ist BESTENS bedient!!! Bei diesem Hotel gibt es zwei Sachen die mich wirklich gestört haben. 1. in unserem Hotel (dem Veli Mel) gab es kein WiFi. Ich hab das ein paar Mal urgiert und hab dann so Anworten bekommen. . . es gibt kein Problem...

"Wenn man Pech hat bekommt man ein sehr altmodisches, kleines Zimmer aus den 80er. Die Bilder spiegeln nicht den Zustand des Hotels wieder, ausgenommen Poolbereich. Sehr altbacken, in die Jahre gekommen und dementsprechend viele Bereiche sehr abgeranzt. Rezeptionspersonal ist freundlich. Restaurantbereich nicht sehr einladend, eher Kantinen artig. Definitiv kein 4* Standard!"

We needed extra towels because shower had created wet mess in bathroom — told that would cost extra. (The manager did finally approve replacement dry towels). Room view was outstanding, breakfast buffet was sufficient. Bars of soap smallest possible. Surprised it is 4 stars; more like 3."

"Pokoj s výhledem na moře byl super, spíte a šumí vám moře u ucha. Velikost pokoje i skříně dostatečně velké, to samé koupelna se sprchou. Malá lednička se hodila. Obsluha v restauraci i personál se vším vyšli vstříc, moc ochotní. A poloha hotelu už nemůže být lepší, rovnou z pokoje pár kroků na pláž….Dovolenou zde budeme určitě opakovat, několikrát.😊"

"The room was not too clean when we arrived, the washbasin was crecked. The armchair was very dirty, only had 2 plastic cups in the room. The parkong lot was always full once we don’t have parking lot so we have to park to the other hotels parking lot. Some of the foods was spoiled like the peach compote. All in all not really like a four star hotel specialy not for this price."
