"Every person in the Cecil staff made us feel special. It will be unfair on my part to miss names of the staff members but unfortunately don't recall all the names. "I stayed with my family at the executive suite. The staff were all very helpful and always willing and eager to help. "I loved the experience. The staff very helpful specially lakshay at front desk. He allowed us to do early check in because they had the room available. I liked the food we ordered. The location of the hotel is fantastic. It’s in main Shimla. Few steps away from Oberoi Cecil. We took the room with valley view and really enjoyed the stay. I love the architecture of the property. The way it’s built is cute and impressive. "

"Superb stay. Really good location if you require quiet strolling around the area with various shops and conveniences nearby. Hotel is very well designed and interior is stylish and welcoming Rooms are spacious some with balconies which was a must for us. Food was tasty and fresh and service great. Attractions are nearby. Very enjoyable stay and definitely recommend. If only time allowed we would have extended the trip. "
