Check-in through the reception was very poor. No info provided and you have to find out yourself or ask everytime.We stayed for 5 days and ask for cleaning the third day. Cleaners said they can't mob the floor. They only change the bed sheets, towels and get rid of the garbage."

"The manager Batu & his assistant Batu (2!) were first class.. nothing was too much trouble! Batu 2 came to ferry & carried our cases back to hotel, then up stairs, which was marvellous! Great view & balcony from our room but need a moveable umbrella so can enjoy it as otherwise it was far too hot! Very convenient location & friendly atmosphere at reception! Would highly recommend.."

"The hotel itself was great and in a beautiful area. But at night there’s a lot of dogs barking and running around in the whole area so it feels a little unsafe if you are scared of dogs.
Otherwise everything was great. AMAZING
