"Really convenient for us visiting our daughter! The staff member at reception was really helpful and friendly. We had an issue with a clogged toilet and, as it was late in the evening and there was not a maintenance person available, she immediately moved us to another room, without any fuss. We had breakfast in the dining room in the morning, and it was delicious and served by another lovely staff member."
