The management were super helpful and bent over backwards for my two kids who both have special needs.

"Amazing resort in Pilanesberg. Very high standard of service. Food and service first class. Safari vehicles well maintained and comfortable. Even have comfort stop during drives. Our ranger excellent (Jaktah-probably spelt incorrectly sorry) with vast knowledge of wildlife and birdlife. Saw big five. Each drive very different in terms of viewing and terrain. Rooms comfortable and spacious as were communal areas. Nice pool."

"We had a dreadful check in, my worst check in ever. Upon arrival the reception notified us that the System cancelled our booking, after travelling for more than 10 hours, being tired already, this was not good news.
The manager was called, no sympathy, not re-assurance, the were just busy on the phone and on the system the whole time, we showed them our confirmed and paid booking and we also show our bank statement where the money was deducted.
After an hour of standing around, not knowing...
