"Property is not well taken care of. Room that we received was deteriorated and had to ask to be moved to a better room, which also was not the best. Service was very average. No effort was made to make sure the guests are comfortable. The only person that stood out for the better was the chef.

The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The parking was secured and very safe too.
Parking at the bottom where I'm enjoyed park there, due to the pillars the security was thereto assist with the parking and can you imagine that both male and female was helping to park. We're used to male doing that but it was amazing to see a lady helping directing me to park and other members too.

The only small negative was that the only two point plugs in the room were where the bed lamps were plugged into. In this age most chargers of electronic equipment require a two point plug. The room had sufficient normal three point plugs though, if one had known to bring an adapter.
