The hotel was the cleanest hotel, we have stayed at in Vietnam, and the family made a lovely host couple with three sweet and friendly kids.
Breakfast was simple and well made. It was included in the price and they asked what we wanted from the menu and made it fresh for us.

"We enjoyed our stay, the grounds and personnel were fantastic. We stayed in a quaint bungalow with a wall that was the actual rock so when it rained, this adjoining room got cooler and humid. We discovered a good gap in the screen where mosquitoes could enter but the issue was quickly and effectively fixed. Restaurant was great and the buffet breakfast was fulsome and varied. We would be happy to return.

"Stayed in one of the junior bungalows with the stone clad internal walls and marble floor. It was a good size and comfortable.
Breakfast was a simple affair, omelette, cakes , bread . Coffee variable . Normally breakfast served in outside but covered area but on one particularly wet morning it was served in the upstairs restaurant which looked like it could have done with a good clean .

"Wonderful property situated by the river and surrounded by the ancient mountains of tam coc. The sounds from the mountains sitting by the lake after dark are ones you will remember.
Perfect location for all activities centered around tam coc area.

"We stayed for two nights it was comfortable,and quiet. We took taxi which was very reasonable to where we wanted to go. Beds were comfy. No tv, which was fine. Rooms were big, breakfast ok, you won’t starve but not your typical western style. Staff friendly. They had a pool table to use. Very quiet and laid back. Bikes and scooters are available for rent which we did not use. "

Upon arrival to the property, Expedia had not informed them of the booking. They were sold out and had no room. Nia made calls immediately to the nearby properties, secured a room, called for a taxi AND paid for it!! What service. I was totally blown away. Her service raises the bar for everyone in hospitality. "
