"The AC & Heat unit smelled like humid, old towel, urine smell, and filter/ blades on vane, was not clean...so the smell was rancid. We turned on the ceiling fan and opened the window and front door, and was able to finally turned AC/heat unit off, and smell out of room only few hours, by 11pm, we close door and went sleep with ceiling fan and no heat,ok.
Broom and dirty dustpan in room, so we no hang up clothes or put shoes.

My biggest complaint was the inconvenient parking area across the street and the loading zone at the hotel was not an easy drive through like most resorts I’ve stayed at.
