"Very nice hotel in a great area. Walkable to millineum park, lots of great food and taxis were easy to get. The staff was great, we enjoyed room service and the view from our room was great. My only complaint is the AC didn’t run very cold. It was mild weather (70-80 degrees) but hotter weather and it would’ve been more troublesome for us. "

The bathroom could have used a better cleaning (especially the tub). Also, there were a couple random charges on my card by the hotel that I can't account for. I plan to call them when I return home to ask for an explanation.
Parking is expensive at $72/day, but that is comparable to other hotel...

"Lobby is super small, elevators are small and sometimes slow, and valet is slow, especially considering it’s $72. BUT, the room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff was really friendly, and the location can’t be beat!! Absolutely would stay here again!"

Staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel does not offer room service. There is an in-hotel restaurant that looked good but I did not try. The hotel does not offer breakfast options (maybe for those at the Club level?) but did have a list of nearby...
