Camille checked us in and greeted me with friendly, welcoming service. We had breakfast a couple of times which is always busy because it is a good, hearty breakfast with friendly staff who will approach you at least once with assistance of cleaning up your dishes or asking if you need anything or just friendly chat about your stay. They also serve dinner...

"I picked this hotel for its location and the hot tub. It had very easy access to downtown New Braunfels and the Greene historic area. The hot tub is large. It was out the last day. Pool is nice.

love this hotel. We had a road trip from LA to Texas. This hotel is the best one including clean, layout, and staff. Especially the front dest Alana, she is so nice and warm and she did her job perfect. I try to stay one more night and booked online first. When I go the reception Alana say hi and smile to me then pass the room key directly. That is amazing. I am not vip for double tree Hilton. From that moment, I will be one. Thank you Alana"
