The food menu needs more choice please. The mattress i was sleeping on was very hard and uncomfortable but i did speak with the manager face to face and him that it needs changing. I think its something they need to look at seriously. The shower room would be nice if it had a glass door so that the water is not everywhere...

"The staff and grounds of this hotel are absolutely amazing! The buffet is perfect! Every dish is delicious! The main pool is clean and deep with a shallow lounging area. We didn’t visit the other 2 pools… why leave perfection! I wish we could have stayed longer. Two daisy was not enough!"

"This is not 4 stars hotel. This is 2 stars hotel. The pictures are photoshops. The beach is not swimmable, there is big pallet of garbage, old decaying seagrass with plastic and other garbage - nobody is cleaning "the beach" - never. Everyday 4-6h no electricity (what it means you cannot take a shower). The pool area pictures - taken like 10 years ago. Now everything very dirty and teared. I can talk and talk about this scam. "We had the regular all inclusive package and it was disappointing that bacardi white rum was considered a premium rum and was not included. We alos dont think that they used bottled water to make their ice cubes. Overall the pools were great."

We had stayed in Superior Junior Suite for the first 5 days and each of them has adjacent small sandy area with sunbeds, umbrella and amazing ocean view (rocky shore so you cannot enter the sea). "My stay at Kwanza was amazing, stayed here for my honeymoon and my wife really loved the resort. We stayed in one of the swim up rooms which was a nice added feature. The only thing I could fault this hotel is the drainage system in the shower and sink is a bit slow to go down the drain other than that everything is 5 star. I would definitely stay here again and the staff were all amazing and accommodating. "
